Bourride. Bouillabaisse’s Troubled Half Sister | by Francois de Melogue | Medium

Huh, new one to me, hafta try it.

Rouille (Use this sauce on EVERYTHING)
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • Large pinch saffron
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 tsp red vinegar
  • 120 ml olive oil
