it wasn't THAT bad
it wasn't even THAT expensive

but, a 2-year old isn't a good age - wouldn't remember it anyway

Times have changed, prices now aren't anywhere close to what they were 20 years ago.

lol.. that says enough.

Trust me, i wanted to go back to Naples but my wife was hoping for a better experience for the kids. We're about a year away from them being old enough to just do beach trips.. 2-3 years I'm going to start pushing for Carribean, Aruba, Hawaii.... 6-7 years and I'm making them all go to Singapore and Thailand with me lol.

When I was 10 we did the trip down to FL for Disney. Can't say I enjoyed it much then. Perhaps my curmudgeonly personality was already starting to form. I thought Epcot was the more interesting of the parks at the time though.

We then did a couple days at Cocoa Beach. I preferred that by far to Disney.

when I was 14, back in 76... Disney World hadn't been invented yet.

Settled for Disneyland on a west coast driving trip

I enjoyed the Redwoods, San Fran, Hearst Castle, the Grand Canyon and pretty much everything else on that 3-week trip more than Disney.

Never have been a fan of amusement parks.

I love roller coasters so I'm cool with roller coaster parks.  We take the kids to Six Flags in San Antonio or Arlington every couple of years.

I do enjoy roller coasters but they became a lot less thrilling after I've skydived and ridden a motorcycle on a racetrack. The actual sense of "danger" that comes with them is no longer there after doing various things that could have legitimately killed me. Thrill rides for me are BB King these days... The thrill is gone.
