The first was just freak bad luck. Short punt, returner where the blockers couldn't expect him to be. 

The second was just a horrible decision by Moore. His fault, and inexcusable.

Nevada down 14 heading into the 4th quarter and facing 4th down. Thinking they should punt. It's been their best offensive play so far.
