Idk, there's a website dedicated to 60+ FGs.  Let me look at it.  Whoever runs this is nuts/amazing, he includes semi-pro, high school, college, and pro.

They used to be allowed to use tees and the uprights could be bigger until 1991.

Yeah, it specifies all that on the site.  The 65+ yard FGs were back with the tee.  Gramatica kicked one over 60 at KSU.  So did his brother at USF.  Some HS kid in FL had multiple 65+ yd kicks.  The website is good for a long look.  Seeing guys you've heard of, the years, players in your area, etc.

The depth of it is staggering, noting ones nullified by penalty.  Ray Guy apparently had a 61-yarder in college in a snowstorm, lol.

That turnover is just a killer because Ohio State's running game had been starting to look really solid but now with a three-score deficit and only about 20 minutes to go you may not have time to utilize it.
