They just don't seem to be getting open.  It seems like they run the route they are supposed to, but then they never improvise and come back to ball or go downfield.  Athletic freaks?  yes.  Wide receivers?  Not yet. 
Collins has some of the best numbers in the BIG for hanging onto the ball.I knew Hamler was good but he's making huge strides/inroads this season,That return vs the Terps was SICK appears he has it all speed,balance,moves not heighth though.PSU-M should be a good one

That wasn't a return, that was a reception.  He also had that crazy catch against OSU last year.
