Ok folks. It's time. Our take on the famous Al's Italian beef. But with prime rib! Herb roasted and sous vide for 24 hours. Prime rib soaked in au jus and loaded on a fresh Italian roll with Al's inspired hot jardinier, served hot n wet or double dunked if ya like.

I ordered a Classic Combo Thin Crust Pizza and cherry dessert pizza / streusel to go from our local Godfather's Express -- a truck stop along the freeway here in town -- both were great, but the cherry dessert / streusel was extraordinary. I am a fan of local cuisine, but tonight I have to credit Godfather's Express.
