1.
Miles Sanders, 5 star RB (21) - Penn State. Sanders was one of those guys who caught with a bit of unfortunate timing. He sat for two years behind Saquon Barkley before having a good if not great year in 2018. Still, his talent was obvious enough to get drafted in the second round by the Eagles and he set some rookie records for them last year.
2.
Michael Menet, 4 star OG (28) - Penn State: Another hit for the Nits, Menet has started at center for two years and returns as a senior to do it again. He is part of what should be a really good offensive line.
3.
Naseir Upshur, 4 star TE (149) - Florida State: Upshur decided to head south instead of to other suitor Michigan, but it has not been smooth. He only appeared in a handful of games before deciding to transfer in 2018. He ended up at West Chester University in Pennsylvania but has yet to play. Then in June he got shot and was in critical condition but pulled through.
4.
Damar Hamlin, 4 star CB (151) - Pitt: A nice get for the Panthers, Hamlin has been a big part of Pitt's stingy defense. He also got some good news from the NCAA - he walked with the seniors this year, but the NCAA granted him another year of eligibility because he only played three games his freshman season before an injury. So he gets to run it back this year.
5.
Karamo Dioubate, 4 star DT (174) - Temple: I don't know the story of how this guy, who was originally committed to Penn State, ended up at Temple. As far as I can tell he's had a pretty average career for the Owls and graduated this past year.
6.
Brandon McIlwain, 4 star QB (175) - South Carolina: This dul-threat QB went south, played a bit his freshman season, then decided to transfer to Cal. He actually is a baseball prospect and was drafted by the Marlins in 2019 but elected not to play for them. He ended up not drafted this year in the MLB's shortened draft but signed a contract with the Mets.
7.
Connor McGovern, 4 star OC (255) - Penn State: A pretty good get for PSU, he startyed almost immediately as a freshman, and started at guard and center his whole career. In 2019 he skipped out his final year of eligibility to get drafted in the third round by the Cowboys, though he missed his rookie year with injury.
8.
Cary Angeline, 4 star TE (267) - USC: This guy decided to head out west, though not for long. After redshirting and gthen playing in two games, he decided to head back east and transferred to NC State. He had a healthy 25 catches and 5 TDs last season and figures to be one of the better tight ends in the ACC this year.
9.
Andrew Pryts, 4 star S (320) - Stanford: Another defection to the west, though this one stuck. He dropped down to inside linebacker and led the team in tackles last year. He looked at transferring for his senior season but instead will finish out his career at Stanford.
10.
Khaleke Hudson, 3 star S (386) - Michigan: You guys have probably heard of this guy. He played extensively at Michigan and started his last three years. This year, he got drafted by the Redskins in the fifth round.
