It's not a requirement.

Most German thing about my makeup is the last name, I found by my kid doing the Ancestry DNA test.

And yes, I trust my old lady....

Check for >$600 came from Acura for over-collecting DMV fees. I know it's just my own legitimate money being refunded, but given that I didn't expect it, it seems like a win :57:

Maybe i can turn loose whoever was lawyering for that case on my city. As they ignored repeated requests 25 plus years ago to cut down the tree in front of my house by the street that was creeping towards the sidewalks(on city property). Last year I had the sidewalks leveled, satisfactory according to an inspector making the rounds - nothing in writing though. So I get a certified letter from the city today and it appears that they are either contesting a few of sidewalk panels or the curb and quite possibly both. I mentioned in an e-mail to them any damage would have been from city plowing. As I have NEVER owned a plow or truck and have never had my driveway plowed with one. Suppose I should take this to the grumpy thread.

A very simple thing, we did some shopping at our local Kroger, there is a "bag lady" named Thelma there we see often and always speak to.  She looks to be in her 80s.  Maybe she works for some human contact, I have no information about her personal situation of course.  It's always nice to see her, she never is at the register, always bagging.  We usually go through the line rather than the self checkout place.
