Sheesh.  Been mowin' since February, when it got close to 90 deg here, or at least seemed like it.  

I mowed for the fourth time Tuesday.

Played 18 on Thursday; four 3-putts and made one outside four feet all day. A candidate for a "What Made You Sad Today?" thread.

what course, I'd like to avoid it if the greens are that treacherous??

well, it's pretty early to be happy

I'm happy, pretty much, drinking my morning coffee and reading stuff here is good.  My wife is still asleep, I think, I usually take her tea in the AM.  We had a line of storms pass through last night while we were at the symphony, could hear thunder at times, it had pretty much ended when we got out, just some light sprinkle which was good as we had walked, it's less than a mile.

The concert was ... interesting?  It featured a Pagaini violin concerto with a young soloist who played like crazy, Paganini of course wrote silliness so hard few can play his mess.  I wasn't crazy about the entire program but is was ... OK I guess.

The weather today should be very nice, a bit cool, we may go for brunch at this Persian restaurant we live that has nice outside seating.

Today is my wife’s birthday.  A happy birthday day.

Immediate family, and a few friends coming by to celebrate.  Nothing too elaborate. 

Steak, chicken, shrimp, and veggie skewers on the grill, cold beer, and cornhole.

Over/under on May the 4th be with you knee slappers?  8.5

My wife got me some new shorts, and so I guess I'm finally moving on from cargo shorts.  

One step away from becoming fanny-pack guy, in order to make up for all that lost pocket space.

I played 9 yesterday and shot a 37, so I'm happy again.

played in a 5-man scramble today, great weather - tied for first  -  2nd place on tie braker - drank plenty - good food - I'm happy to be home
