my large wall clock in the living room with the pendulum & chimes is right after the time change

that made me happy

also, sunset is 7:24pm

and we could set a record high this afternoon of 74 degrees

so happy with the weather I took the red car out for a spin this afternoon

the Huskers finishing their best ever reg season in hoops made me happy

enjoying this cornsiderable accomplishment (2nd place in the Big Ten) with a cigar and a couple glasses of Woodford Reserve on the back deck

Sun wasn't glaring through the driver side window this morning, meaning for the first time in 4 months I didn't have to hold up a hand to my face to block the sun the whole commute.  I could say more for the design of the sun visor of this new truck and how unhelpful it is for blocking side-sun, but that goes in the Grumpy thread.

We're off Wed - Fri this week for spring break or something, I don't know, so I'm headed to Shreveport to see some old friends from Austin who live there now who I haven't seen in years.  Happy!

I had basically procured 15 - 6pks - 6 of them were IPAs - I'd make that swap again. About the worst one I've had so far was Goose Island - really just sparkling water with beer flavor added. Years ago when they and not INBEV ran things they were decent
