I hit a milestone today. Peloton workout #1000!

I've had the bike since June 2022, and in that time I've racked up 380 rides, 337 strength workouts, 241 stretches, and a smattering of other modalities to round it out for the cool thou.

I think I'm pretty much the most fit that I've ever been since the age of 18. I'm even starting to have abs... Ones you can actually see, not just hidden behind the blubber!

There's a lot of doctors tell me
That I'd better start slowing it down
But there's more old drunks than there are old doctors
So I guess we better have another round

I don't health or exercise.
I'm 43, fat, and I've seen a medical professional 3 times in my adult life (all urgent care), for
1 - high ankle sprain
2 - ear infection
3 - plantar fasciitis

I keep meaning to acquire a personal physician.
What about the hallucinations?  ;D for some strange odd reason this thread doesn't interest me much either
