So, who is the 4th team now? I’d probably go with Oklahoma.

At least two that I can think of.
Outside Oregon, who am I missing? (I guess the canceled Sun Belt?)

This would irk the "never let Oklahoma in the playoff again."

(I don't like ND, but between playing generally well and having a better top two wins than anyone, you might have to stick with them)

Notre Dame should go ahead of OU if it were to come down to those two for the #4 slot.  I don't think OU is competitive for that slot at all.  Those losses to K-State and Iowa State to start Big 12 play didn't go away.

Now, if winning your conference were a prerequisite, I'd argue that OU should get in ahead of Oregon.  But it's not, so the point is moot.

Tulsa's playing Cincy tough.

I can see that too but the same crowd that doesn’t want OU in probably isn’t storming the gate to let ND in either.  OU has the conference title, 2 close early losses (one of which they just avenged), three solid wins, and avoids a rematch possibility ND or A&M would present.

I’d be ok with letting Cincinnati in so Bama could mop them and squash the dreams  of all G5 fans.

Huh. I'd've thunk that the one that you'd've gotten would've been the 2012 Wisconsin Badgers.

Based on all of the coaches who have been vocal, Fowler, and all the talking heads- the question is who are the last 2 spots.   (assuming Bama and Clemson)

Get your facts first, then you can distort them as you please.

There's a good game on CBS right now.

Ohhhh, I thought you meant this year.

I mean, they definitely should’ve let that team into the playoffs, with extremely garbage quarterback play. (That team did it play surprisingly spry Rose Bowl against a team it had almost no business competing with)

Cfp semi moved to Jerry World.   Good.   Of course this means IU may head to Pasadena with no fans.
