I've known a number of Christians who are bothered by that because they think secularists are intentionally slighting the "Christ" part of Christmas, but I believe the etymology goes back rather far, predating any modern secularist, and was actually first used by the Catholic church due to the Greek letter "chi" ("X") which is first letter in the Greek word for Christ.  Thus, Xmas.

Yup.  X has also been used to represent the cross, over the years.  So XMas is appropriate.  Sure doesn't bother me.

Fla generally.   The number of huge asset managers which have slowly moved Ops to Tampa, St Petersburg, plus the entire South Florida region has been quite noteworthy. 

Many of our largest clients have done this in the past few years.  Candidly many have fled from LA and Chicago too.  Citadel is just one.
