The Chinese in Cuba thing is interesting in terms of media coverage.  One outlet presents it as major calamity.  Others note they've had an intelligence operation there for several years.  None of them have any real details, or explain why this is a travesty that must somehow be stopped.

Sort of the opposite actually. In one case the pursuit of anything, and even to the extent of making things up- by the media and weaponized DOJ, FBI and politicians from the opposing party, have gone on endlessly for well over 7 years.  And, at cost of millions.  The now clearly debunked Russia Russia thing alone cost over 35mil.  

In the other case, hard physical evidence- that NOBODY was looking for, turned up in public.  That same media, DOJ and FBI worked furiously to not pursue it and keep it from the public eye. And you know that.
