They may be well and true. But I believe Trump was likely looking at things more in the lens of a transactional/business relationship. Why disturb or disrupt good relations with Saudis because they slaughtered one of their own? They've been slaughtering their own for decades- since the foundation of the Kingdom- and US has never seemed to care all too much about it. 

And look it was a gruesome disgusting act, but I honestly do not care what happened to Khashoggi. It's not our business. He was not an American. US-Saudis have had a very close relationship and they have been allies for 70+ years. They brutalize and murder they own on the daily- and no one here has ever given a slight hint of a shit. Now all of a sudden people pretend to care (mostly from one US political party). Why? Hmmm could it be because the leader of that country openly hates said party? I tend to think so.

yup, but now the NYT is admitting laptop/emails are authentic, so now I guess everyone is allowed to talk about it. Politico reporter already authenticated the emails awhile ago, but no one seemed to talk about it. NYT admitting it now, finally = kind of a big deal. 

Sure would like to hear from FB/Twitter, Biden, those 50 former "intelligence" officers and all the news papers and cable news shows who parroted the lie that it was "Russian disinformation!" and have them be held to account and make retractions. But of course, they will not.
