2022 BMW M3 Competition PVOTY Review: Underrated, in More Ways Than One (motortrend.com)

I am almost shocked BMW could design a great car this ugly, in my opinion.

Amazing performance … but I have to agree. Dont like the look in front. 


Mine is SUV- exactly the same mechanically but I like the look too. ( it’s ok if you don’t 😂)

New satellite images show continuing Russian military buildup on three sides of Ukraine - CNN

Russia has repeatedly denied it is planning to attack Ukraine, despite Moscow's massive troop buildup in the region. The Kremlin is believed to have assembled 70% of the military personnel and weapons on Ukraine's borders that Russia would need for a full-scale invasion, according to two US officials familiar with Washington's latest intelligence estimates.

Presuming this is mostly true, which is an assumption, 70% isn't 100%.  I don't know who decided it was 70% or how.  It would be enough to portray a threat which could gain concessions of some sort from the West.  I don't think Ukraine was ever going to get NATO membership anyway, maybe it would if russia joined.

Just had a meeting with my financial advisor. Despite the 10% correction, we are good. Lost a little, but still beat the S&P by quite a bit, which is always the stick on which to measure.

Made a few adjustments to get out of some choppy things like global markets and emerging markets, but not much. 

Went a little more into science and technology. Good upside and very solid fundamentals.

We stopped by a bar on the way back from our walk, it's a gorgeous day, and they had women's luge in a TV, so I did watch some Olympics.

Made hotel reservations in Copenhagen for May, hope this Russia thing doesn't blow up.

Lost a lot of money on paper today in the markets.  Meh.
