You are telling me there is a Big Difference between a meat and sauce dish and a sauce that you put on meat to make a dish.
Yes. I'm telling you there's a big difference between a complete dish, and a sauce that can be put on anything.

What a weird hill to choose to die on, but you do you I guess.

I love meat sauce.....If I have too much leftover sauce for the noodles, I'll just make some toast and load it up.

But yeah, I even stooped to eating a "The Edge" from Pizza Hut a few months back, which is their poor imitation of a Donatoes Pizza, which is fairly generic "Columbus Style" Pizza to begin with.

I did not know that was called Columbus-style pizza. But there is a chain of weird places in Indiana that primarily serves that tape. Pretty decent considering it was Indiana

Columbus style, also referred to as square cut, party cut, or tavern cut, is baked on a thin crust, covered edge-to-edge in toppings and cut into smaller squares.

I did not know that was Cbus style.  We rarely eat pizza these days, I'm not sure why exactly.  Too many other options around I suppose.

I love Chicago deep dish.  I'm okay with badgerfan's assertion that it is really some other dish.  It's still delicious and I'll eat it right up.

Tons of that style in Chicago. Cracker thin crust is best.

Lol, hey man it's your hill. If you want to go down on the chili isn't really chile sauce and meat hill, have at it.

Chicago thin crust pizza is fantastic.

I don't know Cbus pizza so I'm not sure how similar they are other than being thin and cut into squares.

Chicago deep dish is also fantastic, of course. But it's a completely different food, and it's so rich that it's not something you can eat all the time just because you want pizza. It's special occasion vacation pizza lol.

I guess I've heard it described like that, though I don't go around talking about Columbus pizza. A chewy thin crust is best, cracker crusts are for birds.
