I bought stock in Bob Evans back when (no longer own it) because of their real estate.  Each place is corporately owned, and they own the property.  It's worth gazillions, but they won't realize that any time soon (realize meaning cash it in).

Oh yeah, if someone put a Columbus Style pizza down in front of me right now, I would get down into a three point stance and just fire off on that thing like you wouldn't believe.

But yeah, I even stooped to eating a "The Edge" from Pizza Hut a few months back, which is their poor imitation of a Donatoes Pizza, which is fairly generic "Columbus Style" Pizza to begin with.

Flex appears to be fixed. Replaced all 6 spark plugs and replaced the ignition coil on the cylinder that was misfiring, and from at least a short test drive I think it's all good. Will need to give it another longer drive soon to be sure. 

Coffee table arrived with a big crack in the top, so the replacement should be here on Monday, as will a working oven. 

Now all I need is to get enough miles on the Jeep so the sensors reset and it passes emissions, and I'll actually have most of the things in my life fully functional lol.

Awesome!
I'll finally have my bedroom how I want it today.
Mattress came in.  I'm disassembling the bed frame I built like 5-6 years ago, getting it out of the house.  The adjustable bed frame is in the back yard, I'll bring it up and assemble it.  Throw the mattress on it.  The big, comfy chair is already upstairs, just have to slide it in, and I'll be all set.
Then back to the Whoa Nellie grind while watching the games.
