Seems like pointless politicking. I did laugh when Biden called him Governor Who, so at least we get some entertainment out of it.

I don't think anyone does. I like leaders, but I don't have to like the person. Many people probably feel the same.

In my view, we don't have any "leaders" today in politics as I understand the term.  In my view, we have panderers and politicians wanting higher office, or to stay where they are.  This has been the case of course for a long time, in my view.

They use "our money" to get reelected.

Leadership.  The world can’t even agree on what that is.  

You could make a case for a few people in politics- IF- IF- if you believe that a leader is someone who has conviction about how the world should be, and they live it, breathe  it and exemplify it regardless of its political popularity.

The challenge is, if you don’t agree with their view of how the world should be you will never recognize them as a leader.

We are so polarized on this that a leader to one group is a horrible demon to another.

I saw very very very few "leaders" at work, a couple maybe, and a lot of "managers".  I think the comparison is apt.

Managers wanted a promotion so they "managed upwards".  They virtually ignored "us" below them as unworthy.

Politicians manage "voters".  That is why "we" reelect them time after time and they spend 40+ years in DC.
