Here's the type of thing I like to see

"The land the county is working to return was the site of Bruce’s Beach Lodge, which provided a recreational haven for Black people during the early part of the 20th century, at a time when African Americans lacked access to the coast. But Manhattan Beach then used eminent domain to take over the two parcels owned by Willa and Charles Bruce, as well as other properties. Much of the land the city took over became open green space, eventually renamed Bruce’s Beach Park. The two parcels on which the resort sat are now owned by Los Angeles County and have a lifeguard station on it."

I don't want to go to jail, so I'm posting this here:

"They don't tell us. We try to do investigations. Sometimes we have gotten some documents and put 2 and 2 together. They do fly in… unaccompanied minors and a lot of military age males coming through the border," he said. "We have law enforcement there helping Governor Abbott. On the one hand, I don’t particularly believe this, I would like to see some receipts.

On the other, Floridians on this board have been bragging for years about how everyone wants to live there. So I guess that part makes sense.

The majority could want to end up in Florida.  Whether they do or not could be a separate issue.

The Governor is a very smart man. 

There is a reason Florida is getting 1200 (legal) people moving here per day, mostly from New York, California and Illinois.

So if you don’t believe him, which I can’t fault you for ( being that I myself rarely believe high level political people) I am curious what you do believe / regarding people crossing the border now.

Not a smart- ass question- quite sincere. 

How many are getting in? How many are getting caught and release for a court date? Of those that get through and stay- where are they going?

Could we mandate and give them vaccination, like is being done for international travelers coming in?
