The Whole Foods near us has a dry aging device.

I haven't tried anything, they are pricey.

I admit to loving a Ruth’s Chris Ribeye one a year or so. 

I can grill one at home that competes  on taste , but I can’t get one that is that hot, and stays that hot, through the whole meal.
