Is there some tik tok prank involving counterfeit bills?

Last week I found a fake 20 on the sidewalk, then this week I found a 5 that looks awfully suspicious.

The five looks legit, now that it's dried out. I found it at the lake and the colors looked a little off when part of it was wet.

But on the heels of the "prop copy" 20, I can't help but be a little suspicious.

U.S. Navy’s new passive sonar on Arleigh Burke destroyers puts Russian subs at risk with detection ranges up to 150 km.

A Breakthrough Beneath the Waves
The U.S. Navy is preparing to launch one of the most advanced detection systems in its history — a new passive sonar technology. Unlike active sonar, which sends out signals that can be tracked, passive sonar works in total silence. It listens to natural sounds in the ocean, processing them with cutting-edge artificial intelligence.

Maybe the new passive sonar is improved, but it has been used for decades now.  Submarines rarely go active.
