2025 Indiana Offseason thread

Guess I'll get one started. IU extended DC Bryant Haines and gave him a raise. There was a big worry that he would get poached with all the DC dominoes falling. The bigger part of this story is that this contract is another indicator that IU is taking football seriously and making the financial commitment to do so.

I paid attention but my impression during the season was that it was mostly offense. Reviewing this article, my impression is Indiana could not have been elite without an offense and defense. Special teams is important, too.

Projections are projections, but it's pretty cool to see IU here.

How do you rank Indiana's 2024 performances?

Tyler Morris, transfer WR from Michigan is out for the 2025 season. He was expected to start and play a big role as a slot receiver.

man that sucks. he was poised for a breakout year at Indiana imo- especially with the type of wide open spread it out air the ball out offense they want to play. he's A LOT better than people realize. he was a top 100 overall recruit for a reason and he showed some real flashes in his 2 seasons at Michigan. he was stuck behind Roman Wilson, Cornelius Johnson, Colston Loveland, and AJ Barner for targets his frosh year in '23- Michigan isn't a team that throws the ball all over the yard- if you're the 5th receiving option in that type of offense you're just not going to get a ton of balls thrown your way. last year was not his fault- Michigan had by far the worst QB situation in the country and they kept playing musical chairs with Warren, Orji, Tuttle and back again- he just didn't have a shot. feel really bad for him because he's gotten some really bad breaks between last year and now this off-season with an ACL.
