Looking at Big Ten games, it's Blough in ypg and completion percentage.  Patterson in Passer rating and Total QBR.  I think Blough is the better passer, but I'll give the slight edge to Patterson due to his legs.

I gave it to Blough based on yardage and TDs

I voted McSorley mostly because I didn't think he had much around him and still had a pretty good season

McSorely had more than Blough?

I gave it to Thorson because he got his team to C.C.G. and because Marcel's not present

It was pretty close on a lot of metrics. Patterson had higher rating, but not by much. Blough had higher completion percentage, but not by much. Obviously you can't rate them on ypg due to system and volume, but the one knock people might have on high-volume passers (yards/att due to the short passing game) isn't the case as Blough has a very slightly higher y/a as well.
Patterson has better rushing stats, but Blough is actually a pretty solid runner. He's hampered by the fact that in CFB, sack yardage goes against the QB's rushing yards, and he was sacked more than Patterson. Blough didn't have a huge number of designed runs, but scrambled well when necessary.

Blough has the advantage of playing for Jeff Brohm. Not sure how good he’d be playing for a pair of offensive dumbasses like Harbaugh and Pep freakin Hamilton.

There is that. I'd say the scheme is friendlier for Blough. However, my point re: yards/att is that it's not like Blough is just dinking and dunking his way down the field. He's made a lot of great downfield throws too.
And IMHO, Blough would do better if he had Michigan's OL, running game, and receivers. Right now all he's got is Moore.

Bough would do MUCH better if he had Michigan's defense to get him the ball with Field position

Michigan’s RB is pretty good but not explosive. Solid chain mover though. Purdue’s backs are more explosive than Higdon imo.
Michigan has some really talented WR’s. One that is always hurt and two that  aren’t featured. Not sure how much their talent matters if they aren’t utilitized to their full potential.
I’d love to see what Jeff Brohm would do with a kid like Chris Evans and receivers like Michigan’s.

I think that cuts both ways.  Also means Patterson had shorter fields, and I assume was out of the game earlier more often.
