I'll bet Wisconsin's highs are better than most in the SAT department.
Of course they have exceptions for athletes, and it has definitely gotten more relaxed in recent years.
There certainly are a lot of UW football players in the College of Agriculture overall, but at least those are BS degrees and not a BA. The Communication Arts BA has also been popular, but not a useful degree really.
They also have had more than their fair share in Business, Engineering, Sciences, etc. Much more than most.
They don't publish majors for everyone anymore so it's tough to say with absolute certainty. I suspect the ones not published are undeclared.
