Huge break for Minny with error on the spot after interception.
I thought it was debatable. It wasn't at the 2 for sure. I thought it was either possessed at the 1 or in the endzone. I did think he got it in the field of play (but don't mind being doubted here), in which case even though a 1-yard spot might have been more true, a 2-yard spot was more friendly for OSU.
Also: except for the point of possession, I wasn't paying close attention. So please let me know if there was another factor that trumps "point where the ball is finally possessed" to you. For me, all I thought I noticed was that the ball was INT'd at ~1 yard line and that the Minnesota receiver (now a defender) immediately put hands on Pryor (now an offenseman), which I wondered might lead to that spot as one of forward progress.

He had possession in the end zone.   Simple touchback.

I edited my post and just want to be clear about yours. Are you saying that he eventually possessed the ball in the endzone or that he *only* ever possessed the ball in the endzone.
My thought was that (1) Pryor bobbled then caught and possessed the ball in the field of play, (2) was touched by the Minnesota receiver, and then (3) fell into the endzone still possessing the ball.
I figured that mix of possession and contact at the 1-yard line was key to the spot.

Such a weird game.  OSU about to win 30-14.  Fanbase about to set fire to the team.

It is the same as if he was an offensive player catching the ball.  Would it have been a TD?   Of course .    His momentum carried him into the end zone.   Touchback.

An you imagine if Haskins was as accurate as other QBs on those kind of throws?

That was the thing I was getting at. Thanks. I think the ref treated it as a "stopped forward progress" situation the second the Minnesota player touched Pryor.
