What would be your guess of how many upper levels recruits, say 4-5 star, sign due to impermissible benefits?

High four star NJ recruit. Top three are Penn State, Notre Dame and Michigan. Flips to Ole Miss on signing day.

I think more due not to.  I don't think many sign because of an impermissible benefit, but I wonder how many rule a school out, because they didn't show the love.
