Interesting. I'll have to look that up.

What town are you in now?
Same, just built about 1 mile east of the old house.  No change of schools or anything, same HOA even.     One way to describe Savant is that it makes you the puppeteer for everything in your house.  I can control all the TVs in my house, feed it cable, Roku, Netflix, AmazonPrime, MLBTV, whatever I have loaded onto it, and same with the speakers throughout the house,  XM, Sonos, TI, spotify, Apple music.    all of the hardware is in a big tower in a service room behind my 3 TV wall.   You can order a remote for this, my kids are begging us to do that.  Kind of ironic, the youngsters can't convince themselves that they don't need a remote anymore, and the parents are cool with the app. interface.

I can run this from anywhere.  parents over watching the kids, can't figure out your TV, while you're 100 miles away,  I can do whatever I want.  I can make them listen to rap, or watch whatever, in which ever room.   The home security bells and whistles are also baked into this.   I stopped short of syncing all of our lights and appliances, that was a bridge I didn't want/need to cross.

speaking of appliances, I bought my first ever microwave (and doorbell).  Guess I've always lived somewhere where there was already a microwave.

I've got a crappy AM/FM radio hanging in my garage.  Sounds like crap, but was a hand me down from my father's garage - didn't cost nuttin

I don't use it much, don't spend much time in the garage

I did explore that momentarily, but the ship had sailed.  My wife was locked in on (as she's a regular baker) a specific top and bottom double oven on a wall, and the microwave was (and now is) always going to be a pretty basic microwave and stored in our rather large pantry on the counter.  It's worked out nicely.
The Advantium looks impressive, not certain I see the ROI,  it does seem capable of doing things, I haven't really seen an interest in doing. Kind of like the Insta-pot.
