that was a tough one to swallow. I put 100% of the blame on Harbaugh and his DC Jesse Minter, JJ, and the defense. Absolute sh&t show of a clown show performance by the coaches and JJ made some costly mistakes and that defense forgot how to play defense in the 2nd half- when they had been shut out all season vs offenses with way more talent than TCU- ie Ohio State and Penn State.
Michigan ran for 232 yards at 6.7 YPC sack-adjusted. They put up 52 points if those refs didn't blow that call. You can win with that. What you CAN'T win with however is all the other bullsh&t that team did. That 4th and goal call from the two yard line will live in infamy and haunt Harbaugh forever. It is a 100% fireable offense for whichever dumbfk decided to call that horseshit. You either kick the FG there or you give JJ the option to hand it off, keep it, or roll out and throw it. Why on GODS earth they thought they could try a DOUBLE REVERSE to a FKING TRUE FROSH TIGHT END and have the TE try to throw a pass is fkng beyond me. Absolute coaching malpractice and whoever tried that sh*t should have their career publicly executed forever. And CTE-'Tism Jim should be fined a years salary for letting that call go through. Secondly, after that bullsh&t overturn TD call and having the ball from like the half-yard line, dumbfk CTE-'Tism Jim decided to hand the ball off to a fking converted LB'er who has been playing RB for all of 5 minutes- and the kid doesn't handle the exchange and fumbles the ball. You have a mobile QB idiot. The ball is from the half yard line. QB SNEAK IT ASSHOLE.
This passing offense is archaic and out-dated, they run WAY too much sh&t to the sidelines and throw WAY too many passes SHORT OF THE STICKS on 3rd downs. TCU was ALL over both, which is why they got TWO pick 6's and why Michigan had so much trouble converting 3rd downs. And when Michigan gets in the goal-line, the fking retard Harbaugh keeps calling these pass plays with routes SHORT OF THE FKING END ZONE. Hey JEEM MAYBE THROW THE BALL INTO THE FKING END ZONE AT THE GOAL LINE YOU DUMB ASSHOLE.
And then last but not least Minter really just crapped down his own leg. Instead of keeping everything in front of his players, he kept routinely sending pressure and Michigan kept whiffing on tackles and well when you send all out pressures and whiff on tackles- no safety valve is back there to prevent the play from going over your head. And instead of adjusting- asshole Minter kept just on going all out on pressures.
And last but not least, JJ played his ass off late, but big reason they were in that hole is because he threw TWO pick 6's. Kid threw 3 INT's all year, one of which was an absolute fluke vs Penn State, only to throw 2 pick 6's in the biggest game of his young career. Can't do that. As good as JJ played down the stretch, those two pick 6's and that final drive to try and get the go ahead TD were absolutely god awful and atrocious. JJ is super talented and super young- still only 19- not fkn 30 like Georgia's QB- think he's got huge NFL potential if he gets better- but 100% convinced Jim Harbaugh is NOT the guy to help him reach that potential.
JJ should be a warning to all 5* QB's. If you're a 5* QB, avoid Jim Harbaugh like the fkn plague.
Congrats on the win TCU. I am now 100% going to be rooting for you bible thumping asshole freaks to get slaughtered by Georgia.
