I don't see Wisconsin putting up 21 on Ohio State's defense.

I'm thinking this is a repeat of the Penn State game. 21 or 24 to 10 or 13 - something like that.

Ohio State can't run the ball and while they do have the best receiver in the world, they no longer have one of the best quarterbacks in the world, so any game against a real opponent can be dicey.
With current QB/OL/Defensive discipline, real is a bit of a question in Madison.

Ya and since the middle of last season the RBs can't stay healthy and Day needs to just hand the rock to Hayden IMHO. Maybe light a fire under the other guys. he must really trip up in practice because on game day he always looks sharp and slashing
If you think about Henderson, Williams, and Trayunum all being gone after this season, you start to understand why they want to potentially red shirt him.

Of course, they have a couple of studs coming into the team from their recruiting, but he does not want to depend on freshman.

No Henderson or Obduke for that game. They will play in this one.

Wisconsin has an elite corner and an elite safety. Need 2-3 more those to keep up with OSU.

Not to mention UW has no game-changers on the DL or LB positions.

More like 49-10 is what I see.

Wisconsin need to play Wisconsin football.  Pound the ball with Allen and keep Ohio State's offense off the field for most of the game.
A decade of Victory over Penn State.

I've thought about it and it's dumb(many share that view),Henderson, Williams, and Trayunum played as sophs and Dallan sure can too. He has displayed he can move the chains - and that is a consistent problem with this group. If it comes down to a close game like it was for over 3qtrs last week BURN the damn redshirt and give the squad a spark

They can't, and they haven't since 2019. They don't have the OL to do it, despite the recruiting STARZ.

They also don't have JT23.

There is another angle to this game.

We all know many OSU fans have been grumbling about getting rid of Day. According to many, Day is up against a potential replacement this weekend.

He's gonna keep his foot on the gas for the entire game.

Wisconsin has no chance against this team. Zero.

In a vacuum this game is a pretty heavy lean towards OSU. But this game isn't in a vacuum, and I think a lot of variables lean towards Wisconsin.

1) It's at Camp Randall. Advantage Wisconsin.
2) OSU is coming off a huge emotional win. Advantage Wisconsin.
3) OSU still hasn't found out how to run the ball to win a game. Advantage Wisconsin.
4) Both coaches are going to say the game isn't about them, but both of them are going to be extra motivated for a win. Wash.
5) Wisconsin is dropping QB's like they are going out of style. Advantage Buckeyes.

I think Wisconsin will keep it close enough that a packed stadium will be jumping around in the at the end of the 3rd. Wisconsin is good enough to win this game, especially if they can keep it close going into the 4th. I hope the good guys (Ohio State) can win, but am not comfortable at all about making it a lock.

Wisconsin's defense is not good. OSU will shred them on the ground and on deep routes.

OSU hasn't shred anyone on the Deep Routes ... or in the Run Game.

Maybe I'm reading you wrong but it feels to me like you are trying to sell Wisconsin as the worst 5-2 in America, and Camp Randall isn't one of the toughest places to play in College Sports. Most Rankings have the Badgers in the top 30, and a top 30ish only needs a couple (2-3) breaks to go there way to make the Buckeye nation really uncomfortable on Saturday.

I'm not a betting expert but the few articles I have read all are saying take the under and Wisconsin to cover. This feels to me like a 14-24 game with OSU not getting that 2 score lead until late in the game. I would love for OSU to blow Wisconsin's doors off, but I don't see it happening.

They have hit many deep balls.  Just about every game. Not sure where you get that?

Also- they have had stretches where the run game was doing extremely well- like Purdue.  It just hasn’t been consistent.

So far- nobody has been able to run on OSU with any sustained success.
