I think Biff is gonna be interim longer than people expect.

One of my BiL's is a Sun Devil. Seems pretty confident the ASU keeps him.

But I agree, the fact that it's so quiet, and he hasn't signed yet, tells me I think he's still the favorite.

get ready to hear a lot about him abusing, harassing, forcing her into sexual relations.

$$$$$$$$$$$

this lady is sitting on a multi-million dollar law suit vs a multi-billion dollar entity. They will likely write a fat check just to make her go away quietly into the night.

I think you are wrong.

Your BiL is guilty of wishful thinking. He's a fan. I get it. The reality is ASU is a poor that cannot offer Dillingham what Michigan can. And with the landscape of how things are today- the gap between the haves and the have nots has never been greater.

IF Michigan actually offers the job, he's taking it. Not convinced they have offered him anything concrete yet. They seem to be waiting on DeBoer, which is stupid. He's not saying yes win lose or draw vs OU. Would be a lateral move at best and after only 2 years. Yeah, not happening.

ASU to Michigan? Now that is a major step up.

On3 ASU head writer says ASU's NIL budget is $3.5 million. That is a pathetic joke. Guy also says ASU would need to be at $15 million just to compete with the other Big 12 teams- and they are nowhere near meeting that. Hence why Sam Leavitt is leaving.

The reality is the reality. Dude is just bashing his head against the wall at a place like Arizona State. He will never do any better than he did in 2024 with the 1st rd playoff exit- and that is with everything going his way. At Michigan he will have a real shot to compete for the ultimate prize because he can land and keep far more elite talent than he ever could dream of doing so at Arizona State. Coaches are competitive. They want to win the ultimate prize.

Speaking of which, here is ESPN's Pete Thameltoe who imo is right on the money about Dilly in this video where he basically says yeah the guy is from Arizona State but it'll be a career decision- guy wants to win and can't at Arizona State because: they are poor and losing it's best players to the porthole. What coach would willingly sign up for that? Oh yeah, none.

ASU insider says it's a 6 or 7 on concern scale with Dillingham leaving for Michigan and could go to 8 or 9 really soon...

hard to find a guy more plugged into the CFB landscape than Bruce Feldman. for some reason Michigan has a hard on for DeBoer he says. stupid mistake. just go snatch Dillingham and be done with it. he's a lot younger, has got a lot more upside and is a better QB guy imo.

Rumors that Kyle Whittingham would be willing to come out of retirement to take the job.  He’d be a good fit and I’d take him over a potential flash in the pan Dillingham.

he might be a good steady hand for 5 years to right the ship and stabalize.

but give me Dillingham and his rep for developing QB's and the upside he brings. he could be the Dusty May of football hire. love the potential with him. it's worth a shot imo.
