Northwestern WR Bennett Skowronek enters

He led Northwestern in receiving in 2017, and was 2nd in 2018, including the diving catch against Iowa to send Northwestern to the CCG.

Was a team captain this year, but suffered a season ending injury against MSU in the third game.  Would be immediately eligible as a 5th year grad transfer

Felipe Franks is available, if he doesn't go for the draft.  Still a project after 2 years of playing.

I'm thinking Schiano might ask him to go back in.

There is a reason a lot of the schools that offered backed away (mine included).

Minnesota had a couple reserve offensive linemen enter.

Maryland had 4 backups enter

Creaning, to make room for the monstrous class coming in. When you have 24 (currently) commits and 12 seniors on the roster, something has to give. So far, there have been 2 "tough discussions", so there will be more of those.

Probably gonna be at least some attrition due to injuries, academics, and such. That happens to every team.

Is this in effect a new way to get rid of seniors who haven't produced and likely won't?

4th year juniors are the most likely targets.

It’s not really a new way. It’s just a way the old guys who were gently or not gently pushed off rosters are put more in our attention.

I actually like that Langan kid.  They should stick with him.
