UM over Iowa 2-1 in the opener, in extra innings.  Wolverines holding the Hawkeyes to just 1 hit

MSU hung well with #1 seed/#11 ranked Minnesota, but not enough offense, fell 3-2

Note each dugout has the logos of the participating schools, but MSU turned the Block M in theirs upside down.  Nice touch, but it's the same dugout OSU used in the early game, so I'm not sure which can take credit for it.

MSU-Indiana game has been interesting.  MSU had 10 hits, and drew 3 walks through 6, but only had 5 runs to show through it.  Hoosiers kept getting out of it.  Indiana had on baserunner, a walk, and had no hits.  But it was only 5-0

Since then, it has totally flipped.  MSU has only had one baserunner since, via walk.  Indiana has had all kinds of runners in scoring position and can't get key hits.  5-2 going to the 9th.

Hoosiers tie it up with a 2 out, 3 run HR in the bottom of the 9th.  You can only put the first two on every inning for so long and not get burned.

IU walks it off in the 10th.  What a shitty way to have your season ended.

Could be worse,  You could be like Michigan and have a loss because you walked a guy who stole second because that ball 4 was actually thrown behind the catcher, and then since third base wasn't manned, he proceeded to go all the way to third.  One RBI later.....

Eh, that was a tie game, it's not like they were tasting victory.  MSU was up 5-0 and rolling, and was still up 5-2 with 2 outs in the 9th.  Plus, not an elimination game for UM, and they are already in the NCAA tourney either way.
