Can there be a response box at the bottom of a thread?

Not sure how easy / difficult this would be to add, but the CFN functionality where you could submit a response without going to a new page was useful. Granted, you still had to go to a new window if you wanted to quote someone or have additional functionality.

you should see a gray bar near the bottom, and on the left of it text reading "quick reply"- and an arrow... expand it and there you go.

however, there is another function i can introduce (and I will late tonight when things are dead, in case it breaks something and i have timeto fix it) that does it more similar to the way it's done over there.
