They should be looking for Wille Martinez's replacement. If they had a decent secondary coach the next guy would be ready but in Martinez case the first guy isn't.  This is the third year for the coach, so excuses are going to cut it.

They couldn't even defend the pass against Austin Peay and allowed a mediocre KY QB to look like a Heisman candidate.

I hate to see what Missouri and Georgia is going to do, it won't be pretty. 
If everyone is thinking alike then somebody isn't thinking.
