There were a lot of missed calls by the referees, but what we are seeing is Pruitt and JG 2.0 with Heupel and Milton.

TN would have been up at least 28-7 at the half with even a decent QB that can see an open receiver and make the throws to them when they are open. 

Dumb calls come from not having a good QB or not having 100% confidence in the one you're playing. All that is on the head coach.
