Lady Vols center elevates fitness, confidence

When the season abruptly ended last March and Tennessee’s campus shut down because of the pandemic, Kasiyahna “Kasi” Kushkituah headed home to Atlanta.
She focused on finishing her bachelor’s degree – Kushkituah graduated in three years and is now enrolled in graduate school – and raising her level of fitness.
“My plan was to get in better shape physically and get back on track with my diet and nutrition, so that I could be in the best shape possibly,” Kushkituah said. “That has been the big thing holding me back from being what I am capable of doing.”
