So, I know the Florida game is not a gimme even in years like this one.  But defense travels they say, and usually shows up to play.

UGA  27  UF  13
Mizzou 28  Vandy 16
Auburn 31  Ole Miss 27
MSU  24  UK 21
Better than I usually do.

Auburn has turned out to be real good. I question Kiffin going for it on 4th down so early in the game so many times. I’m not a big fan of the up tempo offense either. OM seemed really rushed on those 4th down plays.

For my money I've seen way too much of that lately.  I'm fine with going on 4th down in plus territory, particularly on short yardage, and you know you've got a good play and guys can execute.

I've seen way too much of it without those conditions lately.  Coaches are going crazy with this stuff.  In the OSU/PSU game last night alone there were some really dumb decisions, and they didn't pay off, and I wouldn't want to see that out of my team/coach.  There's still a place for punting and defense in today's game.
