Florida @ Tennessee (-10.5)

I guess beating a team 16 out of 17 years doesn't mean anything....and it doesn't, really.  But I think this game comes down to one thing:
does Florida LB Ventrell Miller play at full speed?
.
He probably won't play at all, but if he's in there and playing like he's 100% (when he actually isn't), Florida has a chance.
One unique aspect of this game is that Florida has actually been tested and UT's schedule has been crap salad.
Anthony Richardson HAS to be better than he's played.  He may actually be playing hurt, because there's an empty broom closet at QB behind him.
Last year, Florida just played a good/not great game and handled UT without any issues.  But just like they say every year, the Vols didn't get going until later in the year.  Tough shit, that's on you.
.
If Florida can beat Uah, then Florida can obviously beat Tennessee.  Aside from one bad half in 2016, it's been over 6,500 days since the Vols beat the Gators.  Some of the current freshmen on these teams have only been alive for 1 UT win over the Gators.
.
10 and a half points my ass.

As you note, the spread is not going to be set off history, but today's assessments by bettors.  I would have guessed a smaller spread of maybe 6, but I don't bet.

Tenn 34  UF 24

If both could lose, I'd be OK with that.  But UGA needs to beat both anyway, so it doesn't really matter.

But it could down the road.

We play them both shortly, so I'm rooting for as many injuries today as possible :)

....I'm not proud of it, I'm just saying.....

Florida's gameplan is working well.  Richardson is healed up and can run now.  The defense is playing okay, but needs to improve.  Can't allow those big plays.  Need to spy Hooker.

Not a bad guess, Tenn didn't cover.  Hooker hurt them running the ball, they didn't seem to adjust for that.

I really thought Tennessee was about to do it again.

Good for them, though.

Both teams relied pretty heavily on the QB running the ball.  I don't think that is sustainable.
