Watch (costs as much as) the Throne … Sharp-eyed observers (or just the collective attention of millions of people on Twitter) noticed something odd on Odell Beckham Jr.’s wrist Sunday during the Brown’s loss to the Titans. OBJ was wearing a watch (unusual) that was worth an estimated TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS (slightly more unusual). Considering the nature of professional football involves explosive physical contact, this seemed like a bit of a risk, and the NFL says it’ll have a chat with him about it. The watch, which we’re assuming contains a sentient AI given the expense involved in its construction, had no comment. Read More
