REMEMBER WHEN?

WHAT’S ON TONIGHT?
Mariners at Yankees (6:30 p.m. ET, ESPN): Kind of a bizarre stat line here for Jay Bruce: He’s leading the Mariners with 11 home runs (good!) but has managed only a .196 batting average (very bad!) so far. This is like that time Adam Dunn hit 41 home runs with a .204 batting average back in 2012.
Celtics at Bucks (8 p.m. ET, TNT) & Rockets at Warriors (10:30 p.m. ET, TNT): It’s looking like that Game 1 Celtics win was a bit of an aberration. After controlling Giannis Antetokounmpo in the opener, Boston has been unable to stop his seemingly at-will scoring rampages. On the other hand, Rockets-Warriors suddenly looks extremely competitive, with Stephen Curry’s struggles leading to a tied series going into Game 5.
Avalanche at Sharks (9 p.m. ET, NBCSN): Neither team has been able to build an advantage, as they’ve traded wins throughout the series. One major X factor: the status of Sharks center Joe Pavelski, who is day-to-day after a scary head injury.
