I'm pretty sure the 2 best teams are IU and OSU, and pretty sure that's the final we will get for a rematch.
I hope so

Well, the CFP is largely comprised of teams I really dislike. IU has been one of my best clients and I like how Cignetti is doing it, so I can pull for them. I really think Georgia is the only team that could challenge OSU or Indiana, and I'm not cheering for "the dawgs". Mostly, I want OSU, Miami, Georgia and aggie to all lose.

So, you're cool with the Sooners winning? :57:

I neglected to mention it, but the odds of them winning it are just above Tulane's so, it slipped my mind.

Do you have any thoughts about his practice philosophy? It sure seems to avoid a lot of practice-related injuries.

Maybe that's the secret sauce.

Well, I can't speak enough to specifics regarding injuries but his teams before and at IU are nearly always at or near the top in fewest penalties. That speaks to a clear focus on discipline something a LOT of other teams could use. It's also very clear he has heavy buy in from the players or infamous "culture" that a lot of teams and coaches claim but few deliver. This along with great scheme and adjustments gets the results with a lower NIL that others miss. I'll dive into his practice philosophy as heretofore I've not and see if it provides any insight. I can say Sark's approach to "NFL Style" and a lot of time off in bye weeks did NOT work well for Texas. No clue if IU/Cignetti is doing anything similar.

Wait, the Sooners are rematched against Alabama?  I didn't even notice that.  Rematch in the first round of a game they could have easily tweaked the seedings and avoided?  Silliness.

Come to think of it, the only matchup I've even looked at in the CFP, is Ags-Miami, because the i s c & a aggie wife has decided she wants to host something for it.  I have no idea who's playing in the other games, when, or where.

Ole Miss gets a rematch with Tulane.

I hate rematches, whether my team won or lost the first game.

Weird.  I doubt I'll be watching any of them, the college football season is pretty much over for me.  In this new era it's often tough enough to muster excitement about my own team.  I certainly don't care about any teams that aren't mine.
