No it hasn't been pretty at times, and we still seem to find the loss even when it could have gone either way.

However, if Longhorn football is a stock, I'm buying.

Not to get on yalls bad side, but I have been watching the same old same old Texas football for the last five years or so?   Been following the program since 77.  We have  a below avg program.   At this stage of this year, if we win more than six games I will be surprised.  And no, winning a bowl game as you say with seven wins, I won't have a little Longhorn flag flying.

I'm actually encouraged.  I've seen Texas teams over the years that would let a 20-0 deficit turn into a 63-14 resignation.  

I like that Herman's team battles to the end.

Nothing will ever be perfect and there will always be room to nitpick.  I could write a thousand posts on how I would scheme the offense in a completely different way.  But I actually enjoy college football and I love the Texas Longhorns so while I really wish they could always win, I have come to learn that playing and losing is actually the next the best thing.  I mean what kind of wuss would turn his back on his team just because they're not national championship material every year?
