Well, if anyone's still playing, here's a question for Saturday.

The Big 12's top two teams right now are OU and Baylor.  Each can clinch a berth in the CCG with a win Saturday.  OU hosts TCU and Baylor hosts Texas.

Q: How many points will OU, Baylor, TCU, and Texas score by kicking field goals and extra points Saturday?  Points earned by the defense through a block/return will not count.

My guess is 36.

4 XP for OU, 2 FG.  1 XP for TCU, 2 FG.  Texas 5 XP, 1 FG.  Baylor 3 XP, 1 FG.

So far, it's Baylor up 24-3 in Waco, early in the 4th quarter.  That's 6 kicking points for Baylor, 3 for the Horns, for a total of 9.

Total kicking points in the game, 10.

I'm thinking my guess of 36 was about 16 points too high.

TCU has a fine defense, but their offense only had 196 yards of offense.  3 Sooner turnovers--one a pick-six and another a fumble at the TCU 7--were what kept it close.

As far as the HARGC, there were 10 more kicking points in the TCU @ OU game.  3 PATs and a FG by TCU, 4 PATs by OU.

10+10=20.
