Week 6

Minnesota swept Michigan St at home

Notre Dame swept Ohio St on the road


Michigan split with Ferris

Penn St split with Mercyhurst


Wisconsin went 0-1-1 vs N Dakota

I was at the Friday loss to Ferris State last weekend, which was absurd since Michigan had twice as many SOGs.

Fortunately this weekend they beat Minnesota and then only lost in a shootout (and Michigan had some great opportunities to win in regulation), so that's very encouraging, and they should finally be ranked this week. They might not make the tournament, but they'll definitely be competitive against everyone.

Notre Dame swept Penn St at home 

Wisconsin split with Michigan St on the road

Minnesota goes 0-1-1-1 against Michigan on the road


Ohio St goes 1-0-1 against UConn on the road

Minnesota swept Harvard

Notre Dame swept Rensselaer

Michigan St swept Ferris

Behind two goals from Freddy Gerard and a 31-save effort from Sean Romeo, the No. 15 Ohio State men’s hockey defeated No. 17 Michigan, 3-2, Friday in Yost Ice Arena to open a two-game Big Ten Conference series.

 The No. 15-ranked Ohio State men’s hockey team posted a second straight win at No. 17 Michigan to sweep the Big Ten Conference series in Yost Ice Arena. After a 3-2 win Friday, the Buckeyes skated to a 5-1 win Saturday. Ohio State is now 8-3-3 on the year and 3-3-0-0 in Big Ten play. Michigan is 6-6-2 and 2-4-2-1 in league action.

OSU swept Michigan on the road. (Just-like-football! **stomp stomp, clap clap clap**)

Notre Dame swept Minnesota at home.

MSU went 0-1-1-1 vs PSU on the road.


Wisconsin split with Mercyhurst at home.

After some early positive vibes MSU and UM slipping back to the bottom.  Both don't seem completely dead, as they did last year at least.

Notre Dame swept MSU on the road

Minnesota split with Wisconsin at home

PSU went 1-0-1-1 vs OSU on the road 


Michigan beat Under 18 in an Exhibition Game

Notre Dame swept Wisconsin on the road.

Ohio St swept Minnesota at home. 

Michigan and Michigan St split, with each winning big at home.


Penn St swept Rob Morris
