Troy Weaver is proving why being an elite scouter does not make you automatically a good GM. He has nailed every single one of his draft picks.  His only "bust" is that Killian Hayes is just a backup.  If that's your worst pick, that's fine.  But it's very clear he has no idea.how to assemble a team
