DeShaun Watson reportedly asking to be traded from the Texans. If he landed in Pittsburgh, Minnesota, or Chicago- man, look out.

Bill O'Brien isn't the GM anymore in Houston. If he was, that trade actually might've happened. Straight up.

I like how they made it so that the only two western teams will have to play an elimination game against each other, in the opening round.

2021 NFL Hall of Fame Finalists

Jared Allen, DE
Ronde Barber, CB
Tony Boselli, OT
LeRoy Butler, Safety
Alan Faneca, OG
Torry Holt, WR
Calvin Johnson, WR
John Lynch, Safety
Peyton Manning, QB
Clay Matthews Jr., LB
Sam Mills, LB
Richard Seymour, DT/DE
Zach Thomas, LB
Reggie Wayne, WR
Charles Woodson, CB/S

Not sure on the rules, but I believe only 5 players max can make it, and 8 total including contributors/coaches.

Peyton Manning, Charles Woodson, and Calvin Johnson are all first year. All 3 should make it and be first-ballot if you ask me. Manning and Woodson are no-brainer locks to get in 1st ballot. Megatron should be that as well- but I'm sure some morons will use his lack of career length and winning against him- and ignore the fact the guy was the most physically dominant, imposing, and physically gifted WR the game has ever seen and clearly the best player at his position the entire time he was in the leauge.

Some of these guys shouldn't even be in the Hall of Fame discussion imo. Most of them are Hall of Very Good. Not Hall of Fame. If you have to even think about it- they don't belong imo. Jared Allen, Ronde Barber, Johny Lynch, Torry Holt, Richard Seymour, Reggie Wayne, Zach Thomas- don't even belong in the convo imo. Hall of Very Good. Not Hall of Fame.

I wouldn't rule out Jared Allen or Reggie Wayne out of hand.

But Manning, Johnson, Woodson, Faneca and Boselli all seem above them.

Boselli is the ultimate "not long enough" dude.  He only played like 6 years, but was probably the best OL in the league for 4 of them

CJ was spectacular and put up some pretty gawdy numbers but he retired @ 30.I know he broke Rice's single season receiving yds and has a few more records. He could still be playing

The Bills offense and the Colts defense both rank in the top 10 in scoring. According to NFL Media Research, Josh Allen was 4-0 vs. top 10 total defenses (LAR, LAC, SF, PIT) through the 2020 season

Colts offensive line/run game vs. Bills defense
The Bills defense finished the season ranked 17th against the run (119.6 rush ypg), but since Week 12 they have the fourth-best rushing defense allowing only 94 rushing yards per game. They will be tested with a Colts running game that was ranked 11th on the season (124.8 rush ypg) but since Week 9 they have been the fifth-best rushing offense with an average of 143.2 rushing yards per game.

This matchup features Stefon Diggs against his former Vikings teammate Xavier Rhodes. Diggs and Rhodes were teammates in Minnesota from 2015-2019 and Diggs has said that going up against him for years in practice has helped him be the player he is today. Diggs is the first Bills receiver to lead the NFL in receptions (127) and yards (1535) and the first in NFL history to do it in the first year with a new team.
