I think a week or two shut down, followed by some sort of bubble is coming at this rate.

I can only assume the Titans can't play this weekend either, right?

Patriots have to be questioning whether they can play this weekend too, right?

I don't know what'll happen with the Chiefs, but the Newton positive should have been seen as a potential vector of spread, and what I was worried about was that his contact with the rest of the organization would result in a spike on both teams after the game.

How the hell are the Bears 4-1?

Nick Foles is the biggest enigma in sports. He basically sucks ass 24/7 unless he’s playing prime time against Tom Brady. Then he’s...Tom Brady.

Well, Tom Brady is getting a little senile and can't count to 4 any more...

Yeah that was a real Joe Biden moment right there. Hard to believe Brady had a brain fart like that in that situation.

Eh, it's not like he spiked the ball, like the Lions did in their playoff game against the buccaneers, or Rutgers did against Michigan State a couple years ago. He thought there was another play, but I'm not sure it actually changed anything.

The main issue is just that he and Gronk are both too old.  Hell, most guys hung it up with far less wear and tear on their bodies than those two have.  He and Brees have it in flashes, but there's a reason there aren't 40+ year old players in the league with regularity.

I didn’t see anything from Brady that suggests he doesn’t have it anymore. Gronk is washed for sure. His body is  a broken down shell. Brees is washed too- his arm is just gone. Brady’s arm still looks about the same as it ever has to me. And he can still zip it when he needs too.

Bucs lost that game for two reasons: (1) Bruce Arians is a shitty head coach that can’t make in-game adjustments on the fly- like oh I don’t know- double team Khalil Mack maybe since he single handedly wrecked every drive you had- and Arians is also a sloppy undisciplined guy that has a sloppy undisciplined team that loves to get penalized and make mistakes and (2) the Bucs secondary is absolute trash. As nice as their front is- and it’s among the best in the league- their secondary might be among the worst in the league. Little Nicky had guys running wide open all game and the Bears’ receivers honestly suck.

is Khalil Mack the most underrated player in the NFL?

I feel like he doesn’t get the love that Aaron Donald or Von Miller get and he’s every bit the player they are.

Tom Brady was all kinds of pissy last night. Yelling at his lineman on the sideline, arguing the down count with the refs, fuming off and leaving Foles looking around for his obligatory postgame QB greeting. An all around bad look.

Foles handled that with class though. When asked about it postgame he talked about how everyone is trying to be cognizant of distancing... When anyone who watched could tell that Brady was pissy.

Brady is the ultimate sore loser.

He’s done far more winning than losing, but it still pisses him off to his core every time he loses. Greatest team sport player in history of American sports.

He's certainly in that discussion but he can't be the G.O.A.T. of everthing
