LOL, so Miami lost, which means Clemson who lost plays in the ACCCG vs SMU.

I hope Miami, with their Mickey Mouse defense is out of the playoff.

Good to see you assist the Special Olympics
all my college roommates started a tradition to get all our families together for this game. I hosted this year. We are the only Michigan backing family so my house was packed and overflowing with Buckeye gear. The amount of kids is now at an incredible level: Even though it was a terrible game, we always talk every year how this tradition has made the outcome somewhat irrelevant to us. Still true today. This game has become a great excuse.

Well, he could still win the NC.

Given his overall record, it is asinine to think about firing Ryan Day, but . . .

If he can't beat this year's crappy Michigan team with this year's Ohio State team . . .
In all seriousness, I think you have to give him another year....he's 10-2 about to make a playoff run. you fire him you sure you going to get someone better? I know Buckeye fans are losing their minds right now but this guy is good for 10-11 wins a year, recruits like gang busters, and runs a pretty clean ship in that his players graduate and they stay out of trouble for the most part.

As for the underlined part, that's what is so brutal about this loss for him in particular. Michigan was replacing it's entire coaching staff this year, had by far the worst QB room in the country and probably the 2nd worst it's ever had in modern history behind RichRod Year One, by far their best player on offense TE Colston Loveland was out, their best player on defense CB Will Johnson was out, and their best home run big play threat on offense RB Donovan Edwards got knocked out of the game in the 2nd QTR, the game was in Columbus.....and he still lost as a 23.5 point favorite. It still kind of blows my mind he just lost.

I also think it's not a prudent idea to get rid of him just yet. Took Jeem awhile to get that OSU monkey off his back. Where would the program be had they fired him after losing 5 in a row?

Kyle McCord

Will Howard

said it day one to the Buckeyes that Howard was no upgrade over Honda McCord. If he was Honda McCord than the new guy is Pinto Howard.

McCord >>>>> Howard. Said that day one.

Ohio State would've been a better team this year had McCord had another spring/fall ball with the 1's and another year in that system. Instead they went and got a rent-a-QB who has never been all that good and got replaced by a younger more talented QB at his previous stop.

Now....had Ohio State gotten Cam Ward....well that's a different story....you go and make that trade all day long for the rent-a-qb.

To be fair, most of the guys on this board would look decent at QB against Miami's D

that's true, Miami's D sucks. having said that all things considered Pinto Howard is very mid.
