The only common roast beef I know of that's cured are corned beef and pastrami (although maybe I'm missing one). Most roast beef isn't cured.

I have to think the cured meat criteria is untenable.

Plus, hot dogs (often) and sausages (often) are cured, so you could unfairly include them in an attempt to restrict the criteria.
So this is a fair point - I love some good roast beef in a sandwich.  Pretty much all cold cuts have some sort of cure, but roast beef, on its own, is not traditionally a cured meat, though I agree that thinly sliced it can be part of a sandwich.

The "authentic Mexican" that is sold out of food trucks and taco stands in the USA never includes cheese unless you ask for it specifically.

Then they look at you as if you were an individual that was ordering ketchup on your Chicago hot dog.

Where are you at?

Port Orange.  Just south of Daytona Beach.

Does UNL still hand out black shirts?

If so, they should stop. Seriously. It's an insult to the guys who deserved it in the past.
